The shipyard is a structure that can only be built in the ocean and can be used to teleport to other towns that also have shipyards. This structure is required before building Fishing Boats to collect water Trade resources, and a Lighthouse.

You can use this structure to teleport to any other town with a shipyard in a radius of 270 chunks (270*16 blocks).
